      Onboarding Welcome and Instruction Email

      After you view the Onboarding briefing, follow the instructions outlined in the Welcome to CSC Onboarding email, which will help guide you through our Onboarding process.

      Access the Onboarding website to complete a series of employment forms, including Form I-9/e-Verify and Citizenship Verification (separate activities).

      Review and follow the actions outlined on the New Hire Checklist.

      Benefits Enrollment

      For health and welfare benefits enrollment, you will receive an email directly from our benefits vendor typically within 14 days after your integration date. Your enrollment deadline will be indicated at the top of the benefits enrollment page. If you want benefits through CSC, please make sure you enroll by this deadline.

      Complete Your Onboarding Actions

      First, complete the Onboarding process as described in the welcome and instruction email. Timely action on your part will help ensure that your employment record is set up in our HR/payroll system before your first CSC paycheck. After your integration date, follow the steps and actions shown on the New Hire Checklist, as well as links to Workday, our cloud-based human resources system, and SAP/ESS our payroll system.

      Then, access the benefits enrollment site as soon as you receive your “New Hire Notification” email from the CSC Benefits Center (, which will be sent to your email account and complete your benefits elections prior to the deadline stated on the benefits enrollment welcome page. Coverage for benefits elected before the deadline will be effective your CSC integration date.
