CSC signs IT application services contract with Banca Intesa

Agreement Helps Accelerate CSC's Growth in the Italian Applications Services Market

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Nov. 2 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has signed an information technology (IT) services agreement with Banca Intesa, the largest banking group in Italy.

Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will be the preferred applications provider for Banca Intesa, supplying systems design and integration, architecture, application development and management support of both custom and packaged software.
