How Our Managed Subscription Service Works
Where possible, we own and manage all the hardware and software that enables personal device accessibility to corporate data — customers simply pay a monthly “per managed device” fee. For software that a customer needs to purchase, CSC has special vendor relationships that get the best costs available. We seamlessly manage each personal device from the moment it is given access to company networks until the device is retired, or when the employee who uses it leaves the company. We provide a convenient self-service portal through which customers can quickly add new devices to the service or manage a host of settings (for instance, how many times employees are allowed to enter an incorrect password before their system is locked).

When our Next Gen Mobile Device Management service is combined with our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) service, we also proactively monitor roaming for Android mobile devices.
