CSC Vietnam awards scholarships for IT students

On March 21, 2012, CSC Vietnam presented 60 scholarships worth 180,000,000VND to 60 IT students (3,000,000VND per each) who are currently studying in HCMC University of Technology, Natural Sciences University, Information Technology University, International University, Economics University, Van Lang University, HUFLIT University, Post & Telecommunication Institute and University of Technical Education.
The award ceremony was organized at the CSC office in Ho Chi Minh City. Since 1998, CSC Vietnam has run the CSC Scholarship Program for Vietnamese IT students. The purpose of the program is to encourage and recognize outstanding students in the field of Information Technology.
Over the past 16 years, the company has presented 850 scholarships, totaling more than 1 billion VND.
CSC Vietnam makes all efforts to boost its human resources development strategy in Vietnam through annual scholarships, Fresher program and Internship scheme designed for the best students in local universities. In Vietnam, CSC not only supports students but also supports IT faculties by reviewing curriculums to bridge the gap between the academic world and the software industry as well as sponsoring IT contests and many other campaigns. In addition, CSC Vietnam also frequently organizes an English Club and English Classes for students to improve their English skills during weekends.
