Cloud Computing Workshop co-organized by Microsoft & CSC in Vietnam

The Microsoft Software and Services of Cloud Computing Technology Workshop, jointly hosted by Microsoft Vietnam and CSC Vietnam, was held on Dec 3rd 2009 in Ho Chi Minh City. The aim of the event was to introducing Cloud Computing and other new Microsoft software technologies to those business enterprises, Government officers and the IT community of Ho Chi Minh City.

Beside key speakers of Microsoft, CSC was well presented at the event with the attendance of Brian Boruff - CSC's Global Vice President of Cloud Computing and Jim Naumovski - CSC's Director APAC Cloud Computing Services. CSC participated in the event with three main sessions included the Trusted Cloud Computing presented by Brian Boruff, Global Competency Center of Windows Azure presented by Crispin Bui and Highlights of the LSS Case study presented by Toan Huynh. Highlighted at the event, Brian introduced to the audiences CSC's Trusted Cloud Services and the Cloud Orchestration Services which provided automated arrangement, coordination, federation, management, security and operation of private, public, and hybrid cloud computing environments, ensuring industry-specific compliance and auditing services.

CSC's Cloud Computing strategy was well received by the audiences. Along with our alliance partners, CSC definitely brings a unique and successful history of enterprise service and private/hybrid cloud management experience for commercial and public entities.
