IT Database Administrator (MS SQL) The IT Database Administrator (IDA) is responsible for architecting, designing, installing, migrating & supporting database systems and ensuring their performance, availability and security.
Network Support Engineer The Network Support Engineer (NSE) installs, configures, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and tunes network infrastructure (i.e., routers, switches, gateways, firewall systems, premise distribution, voice/video systems, and security systems). Provides technical leadership for network problem escalation and resolution. Performs system capacity planning to ensure appropriate growth and evolution of systems. Develops and coordinates plans for periodic penetration testing of all applications and network elements for adherence to regulations.

IT Manager The IT Manager (ITM) will review, approve, and manage systems and data centers service plans and installations to ensure customer business needs are met. The ITM must ensure standards-based compliance for testing, turn-up, and maintenance of servers, storage and system infrastructure. Also, ITM will lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure the reliability and availability of these systems. Furthermore, ITM will provide support and is involved in monitoring aspects of system architecture, planning, implementation, creation of operational procedures, security audits, performance monitoring, and reporting. ITM directs system activities such as planning, installation, operation, maintenance, utilization, and control of all servers, storage and system infrastructure and/or computer resources.
