CSC understands the importance of individual capacity development. The progress of each employee in the acquisition of knowledge is the key of innovation. Therefore, the company invests much of its effort in training activities.
CSC Vietnam offices are facilitated with designated training centers with well-equipped training rooms, conference rooms and computer labs. Each training center provides training courses and seminars, allowing its associates to update their knowledge and advance their career paths.

Associates continuously advance their knowledge through a well-defined role-based training program during employment. Every associate is required to take a minimum of 80 hours of training on software development processes and technology each year. Besides, all associates are encouraged to improve their English communication skills by taking online and offline English language courses. These courses focus on developing pronunciation and general skills so that associates can communicate directly with onshore clients.
Independent Learning
CSC encourages independent learning by providing financial rewards to our associates who attain professional certificates or proficiency in English language. A great number of our associates have achieved well-known certificates from leading organizations such as:
- PMP, from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- MCSD.NET, MCDBA, MCSE from Microsoft
- Java certificates from Sun Microsystems
