The CSC Vietnam Hiring Process will guide you the basic steps about our recruitment process in Vietnam. It would also help us to match the best candidates with the right positions for your further success. The tips also will assist you to prepare properly for having a good interview in joining CSC Vietnam.
Our selection process consists of 5 steps as well as some tips that will give you an idea of what to expect.

Now, we – recruiter and technical specialists / hiring manager – will study and examine your resume, assess your skills, education background and what you have experienced so far against the requirements of a position recruiting.
Phone interview will be conducted by our recruiter for the resume which is potentially qualified for the opening role after the screening.
Great, your CV looks promising to us and we would like to know more details about you as following rounds:
- The English test from CSC will help us to identify what level you are at the moment
- The 1st interview (technical / experienced round) will walk us through on your experiences stating in your resume against the needs from an opening we have
- The 2nd interview (final / non-technical round) will give us a chance to assess your soft skills (English speaking skill, communication, teamwork, etc), business mindset / knowledge and management skills (if you are applying for a manager position)
You may be requested for the additional interview conducting by our client / onshore team due to requirement of business or project.
Interviews will be conducted over the phone or in person.
Congratulation! You are now recruited by CSC. Our recruiter will immediately contact you for the offer letter as well as other documents requested from your side in order to join CSC offically.
On your first day, our recruiter will welcome you with the On-Boarding Program and share necessary information to you as newcomer who needs to know.
