At CSC Vietnam, approximately 80% of our engineers hold international certificates such as MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, CJP, MCP, Oracle, PMP, SAP, testing certificates like ISTQB, and many more from other leaders in the IT field - Microsoft, Sun, IBM, Oracle, SAP, ... Our technical skills are continuously upgraded through regular and professional training courses concentrating on new and emerging technologies. Our company always motivates all associates to aim their efforts at an excellent achievement that enables them to be self-motivated, independent and well prepared to work effectively.
English is an official language and our means of communication within the company. We have constantly encouraged our associates to continuously improve their English with English courses, being conducted regularly with external trainers and with significant results. Moreover, 70% of our task forces have worked onshore in many English-speaking countries.
