CSC to Provide Next-Generation IT Services to Autoglass® Under 10-Year, £25M Contract Extension

LONDON, August 10, 2015—CSC (NYSE: CSC), a global leader in next-generation IT services and solutions, announced today that it has signed a new 10-year, $40m (£25m) next-generation IT services contract with Autoglass®, the UK’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist.
Under the new and expanded contract, CSC will migrate the IT estate of Autoglass® to an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform that will provide IT services in a variety of deployment models. A comprehensive suite of IT solutions will sit within a seamless technology infrastructure -- including enterprise service management, storage, cyber security, and application management and development -- simplifying governance and enabling an enhanced multi-channel experience for customers of Autoglass®.
