  • Royal Mail Group
    The UK’s Royal Mail Group signed a landmark outsourcing deal with the CSC-led Prism Alliance as part of a three-year plan to return the company to profitability. The contract which was signed in May 2003 and valued at £1.5bn, is one of the largest ever signed in the UK and is seen as a vital component in their renewal plans,
  • Deutsche Post
    To deliver improved customer service, CSC provided IT consulting, systems integration and executive coaching services during the planning, development and deployment of Deutsche Post’s Track & Trace system for their parcel division, enabling them to deliver the goods to their customers.
  • Post Italiane
    CSC, working with Poste Italiane designed, implemented and deployed a new SAP based logistics system in only three months, to monitor, manage and report on the distribution of the Euro. The new system provided centralised real time reporting via the company intranet of all information relating to distribution to every Italian post office and financial institution.
  • Post Danmark
    The post office is often the public face of the postal and logistics industry, making CSC’s work with Post Danmark to develop and implement new front office customer services systems to provide reliable, high performance online business capabilities, a corner stone in their post office redevelopment strategy and the continuous development of new business services.
  • Swiss Post
    CSC designed, implemented and continually manages a state of the art logistics information system with integrated data warehouse capabilities for Swiss Post. The system enables online processing, multi-dimensional data analysis and datamart management. With communications links to CRM and partner systems Swiss Post ensure that their post is moving and their customers are happy,
