Louise Turner Testimonial

My name is Louise and I currently work on the Service Desk HR Team at CSC. This is a relatively new role for me which I am really enjoying.

Prior to this I worked as part of the Customer Care Team and the Request Management Team. These are all very different roles and posed their own set of challenges for me. The colleagues that I have dealt with during my time at CSC are friendly, polite and always willing to help. I started as a temporary member of staff in January 2006 and then left in August 2006 to have my baby. After 6 months at home I felt ready to return to work and both CSC and Teleresources agency did all they could on my return to work.

I returned to CSC as a temp in February 2007 and was subsequently made permanent in January 2008.

Prior to working at CSC I worked in a bank and a travel agents.
