Joining CSC in 2009 to lead the UK Enterprise Solutions team, Glyn is responsible for driving growth in Business Solutions, Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence, Mobility and Social Enterprise – with a clear vision to build a world-class team that delivers unrivalled value for our clients, enabling CSC to be recognised as the leading global Enterprise Solutions service provider. Glyn was a pioneer of Citrix technology in the UK and is recognised as the founder of the Citrix UK User Group.

Nick Hopkinson is CSC's director of Cybersecurity for EMEA. Nick leads the EMEA cybersecurity practice whose mission is to reduce client risks and protect their enterprises from the increase in cyber attacks. Before joining CSC, Nick spent much of his career in the U.K. intelligence and security community. He was responsible for significant operations and policy delivery functions before becoming director of programmes, and then Chief Information Officer of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ).

As CIO for GCHQ, he operated at the most senior levels in the U.K. government in the defence and security sectors, as well as in the wider government CIO community, where he had overall responsibility for the GCHQ contribution and a number of programmes and projects in other government departments. In his most recent role, as director general for Information Security and Assurance, Nick led the development of a new Information Assurance Strategy for CESG, an organisation that provides security and risk certifications and assessments for U.K. government departments and other private sector organisations. In addition, he made significant contributions to the development of the broader government cybersecurity and information assurance strategies.

Steve Cockerill is Head of Technology Consulting, UK&I. Steve joined CSC in 2008, bringing with him more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience gained through a variety of senior technology strategy and delivery roles. Steve specialises in IT-enabled business strategy and transformation, enterprise architecture and complex systems development and integration, helping CXO’s and other senior clients to shape and deliver their IT portfolios in order to deliver critical business outcomes. Prior to joining CSC, Steve held senior transformation roles at BP, Capgemini and EDS.

Mark joined CSC in September 2011 and is a leader in the strategy and delivery surrounding new business models and SaaS solutions. Mark is a Business Strategist and Enterprise Architect with over 15 years experience of developing and delivering solutions that are aligned to business objectives. Mark has worked in many industries in both the public and private sector and led a number of large projects and programmes during his career. Mark specialises in business model innovation, service design, customer experience design, multi-channel sales and support, CRM, collaboration, social business/enterprise, social media, identity management, SaaS and other disruptive and innovative technologies. Mark is passionate about ensuring that customers obtain maximum value from their investments in technology and that solutions deliver significant value and benefit to all stakeholders across both the enterprise and the extended enterprise.
