About the speakers:
Ayman Awada manages the IT Transformation Consulting activity for CSC in South & West Europe. In this position, he guides major CSC clients shape and implement their IT strategy. He has recently successfully lead one of the most ambitious IT transformation programs in the European market: the merger of 5 IT organizations of a leading retail bank.
Dr. Nils Olaya Fonstad is Associate Director of INSEAD eLab, a global research center within INSEAD focused on how organizations from the public and private sectors create value from the digital economy. He currently investigates how businesses define, access and foster new skills for competing and innovating globally – often in collaboration with other businesses, universities and public sector institutions.
As The Doe Run Company’s Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Sharon Gietl oversees the planning, implementation and management of the company’s information technology systems, enterprise project management office and enterprise content management in support of corporate strategies. Gietl is one of the 2011 St. Louis Business Journal’s 25 Most Influential Business Women, a Computerworld 2010 Premier 100 IT Leader and a 2009 Strathmore’s Who’s Who recipient. Her team’s been recognized recently as a 2010 PMO (Project Management Office) of the Year Award 1st Finalist and a member of the Information Week 500 List of Top Technology Innovators across America in 2012 and in 2011.
Blake Hansen manages the IT Transformation Consulting practice for CSC’s North America - Commercial. He has extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 companies with transforming their IT functions to enable business growth, improved efficiency and agility. He has successfully led many IT strategy and transformation programs for clients in healthcare, life sciences, high-tech, chemical, energy, banking, insurance, capital markets, manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, retail and A&D.
Steve Hosley is CSC's corporate CIO. He is a senior-level Finance executive with over 20 years of experience as a lead change agent driving operational excellence programs in response to transforming businesses. He has been highly successful in both a consulting and industry capacity driving improved performance and efficiencies in both support and revenue operations. His experience spans both Fortune 250 and smaller companies including: AOL, Applied Materials, KPMG Consulting, Tyson Foods, Ryder Systems, Wang Laboratories and McGraw Hill. His experience spans many different industries where he has successfully delivered solutions in support of merging, expanding and contracting business cycles. He combines a confident, driven, and calculated C-level presence, with a passion for leading organizations through change.
