ACROSOFT ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH CSC FOR SELF INSURED MARKET

Columbia, SC -- AcroSoft Corporation, a provider of workflow, document management and image processing solutions, announced this week that it has signed a strategic alliance with Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC). Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will integrate AcroSoft Corporation’s document management products with RISKMASTER, its self insured risk information and claims management product.

The marketing and technical alliance provides CSC’s RISKMASTER clients access to Web-based document management products. Document management is an essential part of the processing requirements for CSC's almost 500 self insured clients, and this alliance will be used to help fulfill those requirements. By integrating AcroSoft’s products with RISKMASTER, users will have an optional Web-based module with expanded document management functionality.

AcroSoft chief executive officer Paul Butare says the collaboration has worked well due to AcroSoft’s ability to interface easily with other applications. “AcroSoft products are built on Microsoft’s .NET Framework. This framework makes it possible for CSC to integrate a Web-enabled, state-of-the-art imaging and management component quickly and easily.”

“With this alliance, we are expanding beyond RISKMASTER’s dedicated document management capability for casual users,” said Ray August, president of the Property & Casualty Insurance Division of CSC's Financial Services Group. “The AcroSoft add-on for power users will provide transparent access to a wide range of proven document and media management capabilities, which will help clients achieve improved business results.”
