News Release -- March 21, 2006

CSC LICENSES RISK AND CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO EIGHT ORGANIZATIONS

Five New and Three Returning Clients Join RISKMASTER Users’ Community

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 21 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that eight organizations have signed licensing agreements for RISKMASTER, CSC’s independent claims and risk information management system, during the past three months. These organizations – a collection of self-insured companies, public entities and third-party administrators (TPAs) – include five new clients and three that have reactivated their RISKMASTER maintenance agreements.

The licensees chose RISKMASTER to reduce their risk management costs, access complex reporting capabilities through the Internet and process claims more efficiently. One of the clients, the County Risk Sharing Authority (CORSA), which is a property and liability self-funded risk pool serving counties in Ohio, also chose CSC to host the application. This addition frees CORSA’s information technology (IT) department from daily applications maintenance duties.

“When CORSA decided to bring its claims administration in-house to reduce costs and improve service, we chose RISKMASTER for its powerful reporting capabilities and Web-browser architecture,” said Beth Miller, CORSA’s Claim and Litigation manager. “With CSC hosting the application for us, we can support around-the-clock Internet access for our users, and we’ll have faster access to new enhancements.”

Another new client, the Regional Municipality of Durham, a public entity in Ontario, Canada, will use RISKMASTER to manage claims for its office and six local municipalities. Michigan-based Total Risk Management, which is in the alternative risk management market, will use the software for third-party administration, as will a leading TPA organization.

A global integrated communications provider that has used RISKMASTER since 2002 purchased a new license for a separate entity, and Averitt Express, one of the nation’s leading providers of freight transportation and supply chain management services, reactivated its maintenance agreement for upcoming RISKMASTER releases, as did two U.S. state governments.

Used by more than 10,000 risk and claims specialists and 460 organizations, CSC’s RISKMASTER provides risk and claims management for self-insured firms, TPAs, healthcare organizations and public entities. By automating the claims processing environment, from risk management and claims administration to policy processing and litigation management, RISKMASTER gives managers and front-line users accurate, up-to-date business and market data. With its Web-browser-based version, CSC can also host the software, providing quick upgrades, migrations, maintenance, back-up and recovery.

“RISKMASTER is continually evolving as we leverage advancements in risk management technology to deliver even greater results,” said Ray August, president of the Property and Casualty Insurance Division of CSC’s Financial Services Group. “These eight clients are proof that a wide variety of organizations can benefit from our experience and technology.”
