Capabilities
The delivery model is founded on ITIL-compliant processes and workflow, and deployed consistently around the world. Our global workforce can be harnessed to cost-effectively and transparently provide uninterrupted service to you. These processes are bolstered by industry-leading automation and monitoring tools. They are integrated under our business service management architecture to transform ordinary IT operations into a business support function with awareness of IT components as they relate to business cycle-driven functions. This model allows for the most effective allocation of finite IT resources to the most optimal activity or function.


CSC's global delivery capability leverages our Converged Global Enterprise Network (CGEN), which provides both voice and data services globally over a converged network infrastructure, and a World Sourcing model built around five leveraged Enterprise Management Centers (EMC) located in Newark, Delaware USA; Maidstone, UK; Copenhagen, Denmark; Sydney, Australia; and Noida and Hyderabad, India. Within the five EMCs, we deploy specialized Event Management Centers operated by highly trained, dedicated Systems Management, Production Control & Scheduling and Systems Operations personnel. The EMC facilities cover network infrastructure, servers, midrange and mainframe technologies providing proactive systems management, event monitoring, production operations and incident management. The EMC toolset is globally resilient, with mirroring in each of the EMC locations. In the event of a critical failure, the EMC can choose to monitor unrestricted accounts from any one of the other EMC locations.

Additional ITO facility nodes are located in Canada, India, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. We have developed an extensive network of alliance partners to extend our delivery reach and capability to you.
