IT is continually challenged with delivering the “right” projects within the targeted budget, schedule, and quality constraints. Your organization may already be exploring ways to improve one or more of the areas described above. CSC believes the first step in implementing an improvement program is to conduct an assessment of the organization’s existing capabilities. This brief survey, which will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, will provide you with a better understanding of your IT capabilities.

Survey participants will receive a summary evaluation of their organization’s capabilities. This evaluation will include an evaluation of participants’ capabilities vs. our CSC M5 Maturity Model and a comparison of participants’ capabilities vs. the benchmark population.
