CSC has been identified as a "Leader" in two industry analyst reports: The Forrester Wave: North American SOA Systems Integrators, Q2 2009, and The Forrester Wave: EMEA SOA Systems Integrators, Q2 2009. The reports evaluated service-oriented architecture (SOA) providers  – 10 in North America and 11 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) – against 62 criteria that included current offerings, strategies and market presence.

Both reports noted that "Considerable work has gone into developing CSC's [portfolio] of services and for the most part its clients are very satisfied with the work the company is doing," and "If you are currently a CSC client or are looking at a large deployment, then it is definitely worth exploring [CSC's] SOA-based systems integration capabilities."

Forrester places suppliers into one of four categories: Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders and Risky Bets. CSC is pleased to be positioned in the Leaders category.

Leaders are defined: "Leaders have both a strong product and strategy. Startups and established companies alike can be Leaders, distinguished by the market presence dimension."
