CSC SIGNS $100 MILLION IT OUTSOURCING CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH MBDA


EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Dec. 20 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that MBDA, a world-leading missile systems company, has extended its information technology (IT) outsourcing contract for its UK operations with CSC until December 2008. The company first began supporting MBDA in the UK in 1994. CSC estimates the value of the extension to be approximately $100 million.

Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide MBDA with a comprehensive range of IT services, including infrastructure and applications management.
