A feasibility analysis at the outset greatly reduces the risk that the customer would spend contract dollars on an unsuccessful evaluation. Cost-effective communications mechanisms, such as weekly teleconferences, and POC-to-POC phone contacts, as required, complete and accurate meeting records, and the evaluation team’s action item system ensure that the customer is kept fully aware of, and has visibility into, the evaluation effort. Additionally, the work packages allow the customer to track the progress of the evaluation.
