TOM ANDERSON NAMED PRESIDENT OF CSC’S FEDERAL SECTOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE SOLUTIONS DIVISION

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., April 27, 2004 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has named Tom Anderson president of CSC’s Federal Sector Information Technology and Science Solutions Division. Anderson, who has more than 20 years of experience in the federal systems integration marketplace, will direct CSC’s work for NASA, the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. Anderson reports to Paul Cofoni, president of CSC’s Federal Sector business unit.

Before joining CSC, Anderson was vice president at Raytheon Information Solutions, where he led the establishment of a framework for coordination of the company’s disparate federal government information technology offerings. Prior to his tenure at Raytheon, Anderson oversaw strategic programs for Northrop Grumman Information Technology and held key leadership positions with Federal Data Corporation and Boeing Computer Services.

“Throughout his career, Tom has produced positive results for clients across the government,” Cofoni said. “His long experience in the federal IT marketplace and track record with complicated integration projects make Tom an ideal addition to our senior executive team. I am pleased to have him onboard and look forward to his innovative leadership.”

Anderson replaces Steve Kalish, who is retiring.
