CSC SELECTED TO PROVIDE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SIMULATION TRAINING SYSTEMS TO UNIVERSITIES

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Aug. 19 -- CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that its NexSim^™ Radar and Tower air traffic control simulation training systems have been selected by four universities to support the initial training and development of next generation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic controllers.

CSC will provide a total of 32 NexSim Radar and three Tower simulators to Aims College, Greeley, Colo.; Elisabeth City State University, Elisabeth City, N.C.; Kent State University (KSU), Kent, Ohio; and Mount San Antonio College, Walnut, Calif. This technology simulates real operational environments found in today's busiest terminal and en-route radar facilities.
