Emerging technologies can enable new, privacy-by-design concepts of operation that automate eligibility, risk and threat assessments. We see opportunities to facilitate and simplify travel for many, while focusing enforcement and administrative attention on the few that present potential problems. Intelligently orchestrated, the technologies and culture of cyberspace will transform the border and immigration system while delivering integrity.
