Contact Center Services for U.S. Government Agencies. Clients include the Department of Labor, FBI, Citizenship and Immigration Services, Treasury Department, and Health and Human Services ONE-DHHS Help Desk. We are one of only nine pre-qualified partners for the USA Contact contract vehicle, which allows agencies to acquire multi-channel contact center services through the GSA Schedule.
NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC).
