This business area also addressed program management and life cycle logistics support.
- CoTs is a major Help Desk and Call Center operations and maintenance contractor for the Department of Transportation (DOT), Army Aviation and Missile Defense Command (AMCOM), and Special Operations Command (USSCOCOM).
- The fifth core business area is Information Technology (IT).
