ASRC Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, was formed in 2002 and certified as an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), 8(a) with the Small Business Administration in January 2003.

ASRC's mission is to enable clients to obtain a wide variety of professional, technical, and administrative services in a cost-effective, efficient, and flexible manner.
