Program Ceiling: $4.7B. The Full & Open Competition Pool is $2.8B (60% of the total contract value). The ceiling for the Small Business Competition Pool is $1.9B (40% of the total contract value)
Type of TOs: The CAAS IV contract provides Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of (1) Management and Professional Services, (2) Studies, Analyses and Evaluations and (3) Engineering and Technical Services. Task Orders may be Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable Travel, Cost Reimbursable Material, or Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term.

Under this contract, CSC will provide a wide range of services to deliver world-class Management and Professional Services; Studies, Analysis and Evaluations; and Technical and Engineering Services.

CAAS IV is managed by Air Combat Command's (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) and is a strategic initiative in conjunction with the Air Force District Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK). Customers supported include Headquarters (HQ) ACC, HQ Air Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) organizations, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI).
The CAAS IV contract is a five-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) vehicle. It was awarded to a total of 28 prime contractors with 11 Full & Open Pool awardees, including CSC. The CAAS IV period of performance consists of a base year (December 15, 2011 through October 14, 2012) and four one-year option periods. Task orders are released under CAAS IV in one of three areas: Management and Professional Services; Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services.
