The features and benefits offered by this BPA are:
- Open to all DoD components worldwide, including: the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Military Departments, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Intelligence Community. Additionally, open to DoD Contractors authorized to order services in accordance with FAR part 51, DFARS Part 251 and DFARS 252.251-7000.
- Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and other ERP System Integration Services available from CSC.
- Firm fixed prices for tasks and deliverables specified in Attachment A to the BPA.
- Discounted GSA Schedule labor rates as set forth in Attachment B to the BPA.
- Performance-Based Contracting Approaches as reflected in baseline guidance and concepts described in Attachment C to the BPA.
- BPA reviewed annually to ensure best value.
Details
Sponsored by the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative and administered by the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), ERP BPA provides for the procurement of professional services for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ERP software implementations. Although focused on SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft, this BPA can cover other ERP products and services as well.
CSC’s experience in providing ERP products and services will make the Government Ordering Office’s acquisition experience as quick and seamless as possible. Our familiarity in working collaboratively with government and contractor teams will also facilitate successful implementation of your objectives. Furthermore, CSC is willing to enter into a Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) partnership with the DoD on delivery orders/task orders under this BPA (more information about our PBC approach can be found here).
