Novarica’s ACE Ranking of Exceed Billing

CSC’s Exceed® Billing achieved an overall rating of 98 out of a possible 100 in a February 2011 Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking. Exceed scored the highest rating a billing solution has ever received by industry analyst firm Novarica, which compiles the results of user-created evaluations of vended software solutions. This is an independent survey of executives from insurance companies currently using the software.

Significantly, 100 percent of survey participants said that senior business staff, senior technical staff and support staff are very knowledgeable about the industry, the product, the client's needs and situation, and are highly responsive to the client's needs and situation. In addition, 100 percent said they "would highly recommend this vendor solution to a peer."
