• Software as a Service (SaaS) — Microsoft Online Services, SAP/Oracle Offerings, E-mail and Collaboration, Product Lifecycle Management

• Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) — Cloud-Enabled Management, Operations and Support Processes

Our standard Service Level Agreement can also be customized to meet enterprise demands. This does require additional costs and becomes a CSC Trusted Cloud Managed Service.
