Customer Relationships


We realize a managed services relationship is a complex beast. As such, we interface in two dimensions.

  • Our account managers are tasked with delivering the service that the customer contracts and continually improving that delivery.
  • Our customer relationship managers are tasked with proactively bringing ideas about how to continually improve the business processes through the use of IT.

We extend this into our delivery operations. We distinguish between the running and maintaining of existing IT operations and transforming projects. The former is delivered through Service Centers, designed for efficiency and the leveraging of economies of scale.

The latter are delivered through project teams assembled for that specific activity. Once the transformation is complete, service is delivered through the Service Center. We draw on all of our 92,000 associates through our Capability Resource Centers to assemble the optimum team.
