Junior Manager Program
The Junior Manager Program is all about finding our future leaders. We're looking for hard-working, innovative graduates who want to build and develop the future with us. The ultimate goal is that one day – in the not too distant future – you'll grow into a Senior Manager role at CSC. And this is your first step.
The program offers three different profiles. Depending on your aspirations and competence, you apply to the business unit that best suits your ambitions:
Global Infrastructure Services (GIS)
The exact type of your degree is not significant, but a BA or equivalent is required. You'll need substantial people and communication skills, and the ability to establish good relations with clients, peers, and staff. Your job is to make the most of CSC's global resources: from negotiation to knowledge transfer and quality management – and all with our clients’ best interests in mind.
Finance
You have a degree in finance, accounting or equivalent, and a strong interest in management. As someone working in both internal operations and client-facing activities, you must have an analytical mindset and previous experience of working in an international environment. We expect you to have some knowledge of financial accounting and to be an experienced user of Excel. Furthermore, experience of SAP Financial modules is an advantage.
Global Business Solutions (GBS)
You have a degree in business or communication and a strong interest in the technical tools required for our clients' success. You can take on managerial roles throughout the chain, from business analysis to testing and delivery.
As a candidate in the CSC Junior Manager Program, you'll eventually lead a team and take responsibility for heavyweight IT deliveries in an international environment. You'll also be the link between our client and CSC, so you must be a skilled communicator with a strong business orientation. You're strongly innovative, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to make decisions quickly.

During the program, you'll undertake intensive preparation for global executive responsibilities.
Depending on your qualifications and strengths, you'll get the chance to work in 4-6 locations in one of the business units (GIS, Finance or GBS). During this time, you'll gain insights into various areas within the business unit and create a valuable network within the large global organization that is CSC.
You'll take on a lot of responsibility, both within your own projects and in day-to-day operations.
Who are we looking for?
- A degree in finance, business, computer science or similar, with a maximum of two years’ work experience in a related field
- An entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential
- At least one international internship during your studies
- Strongly innovative, creative, and willing to learn
- A team player who takes the initiative and shows a high level of commitment
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English and/or one of the Scandinavian languages
