To be committed and motivated, you need to know what’s going on. That’s why we believe in open dialogue and always keeping you informed.

We have regular management and department meetings, and every six months we have Town Hall Meetings at our different locations across the region.

Our Nordic intranet is also an important source of information where you'll find local, nordic as well as relevant global news. We're also publishing electronic newsletters.

Finally, we have a number of global tools that support information, communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing. It enables you to connect and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world, and ask questions and get answers about issues you think are important.
