CSC's Graduate Program

CSC has launched a new two-year Graduate Program, where you will be part of CSC’s Global Business Solution team in the Nordics – with an opportunity to work abroad.
Candidates are supported, mentored and evaluated by the senior management throughout the program.

The Graduate Program provides:

• An effective introduction to working in an international IT organization across all aspects of the customer delivery, service offerings development, and vendor relationships
• An unique opportunity for combining your strong theoretical foundation with practical IT consulting & delivery
• An understanding of working in project teams
• An understanding of CSC’s Service Delivery Model
• A network of contacts that will support you in achieving your career goals

The program is divided into three modules, varying from 6 to 9 months each. You will be working in different areas of CSC and between various teams. The content of each module will be planned and agreed upon in collaboration between you and your executive sponsor and should effectively support your career path. The content of each module can span from innovation projects, IT & Business Consulting, system integration projects to IT transformation programs.

By the end of the program, you will:

• Be able to operate at strategic, tactical and operational levels
• Have progressed significantly within your chosen professional qualification
• Have a clear view of your career path
