CSC Licenses Vendor Solutions Suite to Nexxus Solutions Group

National Contractor Uses Software to Improve Vendor Service Relationship Management
FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 25 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced Nexxus Solutions Group, a national contractor and service provider network serving North American property and casualty carriers, has licensed and is now using CSC’s vendor relationship management software, Vendor Solutions Suite. Through a five-year hosting arrangement with CSC, Nexxus will rely on Vendor Solutions Suite to oversee the claim management process and monitor vendor performance as the company partners with emergency repair, general repair, water mitigation, construction and remodeling businesses on behalf of clients.
Vendor Solutions Suite provides end-to-end support by connecting insurers to vendors through a consistent, Web-based platform. Nexxus will use Vendor Solutions Suite to update vendor information, rate and identify vendors based on performance, monitor vendor credentials and enhance communication between parties. Vendor Solutions Suite can be implemented at a client site, hosted by CSC or deployed as a Software as a Service.
