CSC Appoints New Members to Senior Management Team

Leaders Bring Deep Knowledge and Expertise to Drive Turnaround Strategy
FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 5 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced several appointments to its senior management team. The appointments by newly appointed President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Lawrie are a key step to executing the company’s turnaround strategy. Leadership appointments include:
- David Zolet, 51, as president North America Public Sector (NPS). Zolet has served as president of CSC business development for NPS and has held leadership positions at IBM and Northrop Grumman. He will be responsible for overseeing NPS operations focused on strengthening cost and profit management disciplines. Zolet, who will report to Lawrie, succeeds James Sheaffer who will be retiring later this month.
- Gary Budzinski, 56, as president, global infrastructure services. Budzinski joins CSC from HP where he was senior vice president and general manager for HP’s $12B technology services business unit and has held leadership positions in IT services and outsourcing for Aon and EDS. He will report directly to Lawrie, effective immediately.
- Sunita Holzer, 51, as chief human resources officer who will join CSC on June 18, 2012 reporting directly to Lawrie. Holzer comes to CSC from the Chubb Group for Insurance Companies where she was chief human resources officer. She has held executive HR positions at GE Capital Corporate, American Express and AIG. Holzer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CSC’s global human resources.
