Jon Love Named Vice President of Strategic Business Development for CSC’s North American Public Sector Defense Group

FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 17 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) named Jon Love vice president of strategic business development for its North American Public Sector (NPS) Defense Group. Love is responsible for all aspects of driving the strategic direction of the group, including new business.
“Jon is a proven leader recognized for his disciplined approaches to business and customer programs,” said Alan B. Weakley, president of CSC’s NPS Defense Group. “In this key role, he will drive our core strategy to increase the information technology programs portfolio. CSC is fortunate to have him.”
Before joining CSC, Love was president of Pitney Bowes Government Solutions, Inc. In this position he led the worldwide organization to deliver double-digit revenue growth through new contract wins and customer solution offerings, and used process improvement and innovation investments to significantly increase profitability. Love has more than 25 years of experience, including executive positions at Robbins-Gioia, Avaya, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. He currently serves on the boards of directors for The Fishing School of Washington, DC; United Way National Capitol Area; and USO Metro Washington.
