CSC and Aria Systems Form Strategic Agreement to Accelerate Cloud Subscription Billing and Recurring Revenue Management

FALLS CHURCH, Va., and SAN FRANCISCO, Ca. – July 29 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) and Aria Systems today announced a global agreement to collaborate on cloud subscription billing and recurring revenue management. As part of the agreement, CSC has adopted the Aria Systems platform as the foundation of a cloud-based digital monetization service, to be offered initially in the U.S. and Europe. The joint solution will provide large and small organizations seeking to sell their goods and services over the Internet with a more efficient way to monetize their products and services, while ensuring efficient integration into existing operations.
CSC’s consulting, systems integration and cloud technology leadership, combined with Aria’s industry leading platform, will offer a low-cost, flexible subscription billing and recurring revenue management tool to the market.
