CSC Wins Four Environmental Protection Agency Applications Management Contracts

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Dec. 15 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded the company four task order contracts with a total estimated value of $124 million. CSC won all task orders during its fiscal 2011 second quarter. The work falls under the Information Technology Solutions-Environmental Protection Agency II blanket purchase agreement awarded to CSC in October 2009. The agreement has a seven-year performance period and an estimated maximum total ceiling value of $955 million for all firms.
Under the terms of the first and second task orders, CSC will provide custom applications and commercial-off-the-shelf applications management support. CSC will develop and manage requirement-specific software applications and provide support services for government and commercial off-the shelf software platforms operated by the EPA’s Office of Environmental Information, Office of Technology Operations and National Computer Center. Services include development, management, monitoring, maintenance, support and upgrades.
Under the terms of the third task order, CSC will provide support to email, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
Under the terms of the fourth task order, CSC will provide comprehensive software and hardware management and maintenance support to the EPA’s enterprise server operations.
