CSC Wins Contract to Provide Engineering Services to National Geospatial-intelligence Agency
News Release -- July 19, 2010
FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 19 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it is one of 18 contractors to be awarded the Total Application Services for Enterprise Requirements indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The IDIQ, which was awarded during CSC’s fiscal 2011 first quarter, has a five-year period of performance and an estimated total value of $1 billion for all firms.
Under the terms of the contract, CSC will compete for task orders to provide engineering services in two of four functional categories: application sustainment, and integration and deployment. Contract objectives include evaluating and integrating new technology and sustaining applications.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is a Department of Defense combat support agency and a member of the national Intelligence Community. NGA develops imagery and map-based intelligence solutions for U.S. national defense, homeland security and safety of navigation.
