CSC Wins $33 Million Navy IT Services Contract

FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 25 -- CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced that the U.S. Navy awarded the company a task order to provide information technology (IT) support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and the Naval Support Activity in Crane, Ind. The task order, which has a two-year base period and three one-year options, has an estimated total five-year value of $33 million. The task order was awarded under the SeaPort Enhanced indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which was originally awarded to CSC in April 2004. This contract was awarded to CSC during the company’s fiscal 2010 fourth quarter that ended April 2, 2010.
Under the terms of the task order, CSC will provide IT infrastructure services to support new and existing applications and programs, and network and administrative support.
