TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AWARDS CSC CONTRACT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Sept. 28 -- CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) awarded the company a task order to support the Information Technology Infrastructure Program (ITIP). The task order, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract, has a one-year base period and four one-year options with an estimated five-year contract value of $493 million.
Under the terms of the task order agreement, CSC will provide IT infrastructure services in support of the TSA. The ITIP services will support each of the TSA Office of Information Technology divisions for IT security, solutions delivery, business activities and operational effectiveness throughout the nation, including all U.S. airports.
