To select the award winners, Reactions, a financial publication for the global insurance market, surveyed its readers and conducted interviews with leading individuals and companies representing the insurance and reinsurance industries. Reactions added the Best Technology Solutions Provider category for the first time in the award program’s seven-year history because of the critical role information technology (IT) now plays in the insurance industry.
