CSC ANNOUNCES $370 MILLION IN PREVIOUSLY UNANNOUNCED COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Jan. 7 -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that its Americas commercial business units have signed three previously unannounced contracts during CSC’s fiscal 2008 third quarter. These contracts, combined with a previously announced award with no assigned value, have a total estimated value of approximately $370 million if all contract options are exercised.

Significant areas of award activity include full-service infrastructure and applications outsourcing, as well as extensions of existing long-term relationships.

All expressed contract award terms and values represent the amounts that CSC expects to receive from the agreements if all options are exercised.
