CSC SIGNS SEVEN-YEAR IT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CACEIS

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., June 11 – Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that it has signed a seven-year information technology (IT) services contract with CACEIS, one of Europe’s leading financial services providers. CACEIS clients include institutional investors, asset management companies and large corporations.

Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will consolidate and transform CACEIS’ IT production infrastructures in Europe through the establishment of a standard operating environment. CSC will provide IT management and support services for all mainframe and midrange operations.
