CSC’s UXC Keystone Helps Drive Tertiary Technology Transformation

SYDNEY, Australia, 26 April 2016 – CSC subsidiary UXC Keystone, which introduced ServiceNow to the Australian marketplace in 2007, has been selected by Federation University Australia (FedUni) to help transform its information technology (IT) infrastructure and support the university’s transition to an institution with a global outlook.
The regional University, headquartered in Ballarat, Victoria, has implemented the ServiceNow cloud-based enterprise service management software solution. UXC Keystone is the only accredited ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner in Asia Pacific.

Tully said the ServiceNow tool was central in the technology toolkit the Information Technology Services unit was currently utilising to support its digital transformation across the University.
