Can Outsourcers Really Transform IT? In the report, CSC received the highest overall score for its current desktop outsourcing offering and was cited as one of the top three service providers for desktop environments.
The report outlined characteristics of ideal outsourcing partners and assessed the current offerings, strategy and market presence of 13 outsourcers using the graphical Forrester Wave
TM methodology. The companies were categorized as industry leaders, strong performers, contenders and risky bets within the Forrester Wave chart. The best outsourcers were found to provide clients with both cost savings and transformational capabilities.
