Estimated value of the contract, which began June 1, will be approximately $130 million over the full 10 years.

CSC will manage all the company's data processing systems, including all mainframe and midrange computing, applications, desktop, help-desk and network functions.

The agreement brought 2,600 former General Dynamics employees into the company, along with three data centers that now support more than 80 CSC clients in industries ranging from insurance to aerospace. That contract was extended by three years in an agreement announced May 5, 1998.
