CSA MSC Sdn Bhd (CSA MSC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC Malaysia.

Incorporated in October 1997, in line with the Malaysian government’s call for a knowledge economy, CSA MSC was founded on three guiding principles:

• Providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to organisations and banks issuing smart cards and secured devices
• Managing customer loyalty and rewards applications
• Managing confidential data preparation as well as call centres and customer service support.

Presently, CSA MSC is pioneering a new business model by delivering BPO services for loyalty applications incorporated in Europay MasterCard Visa (EMV) chip cards and Point-Of-Sales (POS) terminals.
